Terms & Conditions of Jaguar & Landrover Specialist

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Jaguar & Landrover Specialist, a trading name under The Auto Assist Group, situated at 67 Cuxton Road, Strood, Kent, ME2 2BZ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Services

We provide car repair and maintenance services, specialising in Jaguar and Land Rover models.

3. Appointment and Scheduling

Customers may schedule an appointment by calling us at 01634 507011, or by emailing us at info@jlrspecialist.co.uk. Appointments are subject to availability.

4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes given prior to inspection are estimates and may vary depending on the actual work required. An accurate quote will be provided after vehicle inspection. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

5. Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit and debit card payments.

6. Warranties

Unless otherwise specified, we provide a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on parts and labour for repairs conducted by us.

7. Liability

Our liability for any damage or loss to your vehicle is limited to the value of the repairs we have undertaken. We are not liable for any pre-existing faults or damage noted prior to the work commencing.

8. Complaints

Complaints should be made via email to info@jlrspecialist.co.uk. We will respond to complaints as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt.

9. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
